Job Title: Operator, Production – 1st Shift
Location: Germantown, WI

As a **Production Operator** , you will fulfill the standard role of formulation of product within a process environment. This role will learn good manufacturing practices and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. The Production Operator will also set up, and control processes, i.e., blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration. The 1st shift operating hours are Monday -Friday, 7:00AM -3:30PM.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

• Displays and promotes positive safety behaviors at all times, uses proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures that ensure self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate to highest safety levels, that all people in area (maintenance, quality, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with safety directives and keep area neat and clean.
