Job Summary Join Ander's production team to assemble, inspect, and prepare trophies and awards for delivery, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate with Sales and Printing Operators to ensure timely delivery of all orders Assemble and clean finished trophies and awards to meet quality standards Perform quality checks to identify defects on products Pack orders accurately for delivery to customers Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and condition Conduct stock takes and update the inventory system to maintain accurate records Maintain clean and organized workspaces through regular housekeeping duties Adapt to additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support production needs Must-have: Physically fit No sweaty palms Good eyesight to spot dust and scratches on trophies Enjoy working with your hands at production work and not be desk bound.
