Position Overview

 Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading precision aerospace manufacturing business to recruit a Production Manager to join their Sheffield facility.
 Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager will lead and manage the operations unit and will be instrumental in creating and sustaining a collaborative and successful working environment. 
  
  Duties and responsibilities of the Production Manager include:
 Managing business unit performance against production targets
 Drive and deliver process improvement projects
 Conducting accident investigations promptly ensuring robust preventative measures are put in place
 Creation and adherence to a sustainable 6S /CI culture 
 Driving Quality performance as part of site zero defects strategy
 Responsible for all people management including absence, appraisals, disciplinaries, training and development
