We have recently launched our new industrial campus near Barcelona: 23,000 m2 dedicated to fragrance production, product development and the next phase of growth of the company.

After several years of very strong growth, we are now looking for a hands-on Production Manager to take a key role in our manufacturing organization.

This is not a corporate production role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the reality of the factory: people, shifts, batches, priorities, quality, safety, delivery, discipline, continuous improvement and daily operational execution.
