🎯 What's your mission?

Lead, coordinate and optimize the production operations of the Rubí HQ plant, ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost (SQCD) objectives. This role focuses on the efficient management of people and technical resources, the development of the production team, and the implementation of operational standards and continuous improvement practices in an international customer environment.
