Job Description:

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Production Manager in our Navigation+ department. They will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of Analysts to ensure the Navigation database is maintained and developed to support the NAVBLUE business. They will communicate company goals and make sure an effective, efficient & quality service is provided and ensure all specifications and quality standards are met on time and in full.

Main responsibilities :

• Lead a Navigation+ team cycle activities to ensure they are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities.

• Support improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deployment

• Lead a Navigation team / Support the Nav department for internal / external audits.
