Planning of meat orders and processing. Stock management and waste minimization. Requirements Minimum 7 years' experience in the meat industry. Qualified and experience as a block man. Experience as a production manager for 5 or more years in a similar role. Computer literate with knowledge of recipes and block tests utilizing software.
