Production / Planning

• Liaise with planning department regarding production plans.


• Ensure all departments plans are achieved on a daily basis.


• Manage production scrap – minimize wastage.

• Responsible for a complete understanding of the job, verbal or written


• Ensuring that each job site and department is visited daily to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness and security


• Ensure job schedules, order of materials is maintained by all departments


• Responsible for general administration


• Responsible for change of orders


• Manage both perm and temporary employment service employees
