The Production Manager Role
As a Production Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations across a mixed manual and automated production environment, ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

You will be responsible for leading a team of c.15 direct reports within a site of around 30-35 employees, working across machining, assembly and support functions while driving continuous improvement and team development.
