**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to align production plans with maintenance, quality, and supply chain priorities
+ Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals
+ Develop and support team members through coaching, training, and performance management
