The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing all plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverables, including productivity, product quality, on-time delivery, cost management, and production manpower efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control overall productions activities to achieve daily production output.
• Take overall charge of all production’s personnel. To liaise closely with Factory Manager and all section HOD/managers on the monthly production planning and to ensure schedule of each order delivery is met.
• Manage and control overall rejection to achieve zero rejection rate. To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage. Minimize wastage of source raw material, natural resources, finish goods rejection.
