Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
- Optimise the use of equipment, labour, and materials to maximise efficiency
- Lead and coordinate maintenance strategies to ensure plant reliability and uptime
- Drive production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation aligned to demand
- Lead, coach, and develop production and maintenance teams
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage plant budgets, control costs, and improve overall production efficiency
Minimum Requirements: - Relevant technical qualification (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
