Qualifications
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred, or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualifications. Extensive plant level experience with significant proven supervisory experience Understanding Kaizen and Lean manufacturing Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Responsibilities
Lead to the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet manufacturing requirements and standards. Full accountability for ensuring safety, production quality, and that cost and delivery requirements are met.
