**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Production Manager (Heat Exchanger)** to lead high-volume manufacturing operations within heat exchanger and coil production. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production, while consistently delivering on quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets.

You will play a key role in driving shopfloor performance, process stability, and workforce capability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and alignment with business and operational objectives.
