• Mange macro loading plans for factories to ensure right product loaded to right customers.
• Planning garments delivery schedule and follow up to meet the planned date
Order balancing in factory and follow up on production progress.
• Maintain corporate disciplines, company policies, and procedures to create a productive, organized, clean, and safe environment.
• Drive improvement initiatives focused upon improving processes to attain increased through-put and quality.

• 8 years experience in managing a Garment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent decision-making and follow-through skills
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
