MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

GENERAL - MANAGEMENT

• Manages the division of labour of the production department.
• Ensures that adequate training plans are established for all colleagues.
• Ensures that relevant corrective/preventative actions decided through various meetings, audits, and customer complaints are implemented correctly and within the agreed time frame.
