Reporting to the Vice-President as the Production Manager you are responsible to ensure kitchen cabinets and closets are manufactured in an accurate, efficient and safe manner. You lead and plan priorities and workflows to continuously improve processes, tools and machinery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing ongoing training and development, supervision, and guidance to team members. Promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety programs.Ensuring proper storage, handling and relieving of inventory to ensure accurate on hand information is maintained.Planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production activities for manufacturing.
