Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aProduction Managerto join theData Center Power and Control Teamin Farmingdale, NY and support 2nd Shift (approx 3:30pm - Midnight).This position is responsible for managing all manufacturing areas to ensure that production, quality and safety standards are achieved according to set production schedules.



What Will You Do?

+ Execute production plan through the efficient use of staffing, materials, equipment and other resources and setting production goals.

+ Monitor production metrics to identify and resolve issues and implement process improvements.

+ Participate in daily walkthroughs/field tours and communicate priorities in shift handoff meetings.

+ Determine staffing requirements and make recommendations to senior leadership regarding compensation, performance and shift coverage.
