Role Responsibilities
Set up machines (extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off, cutters, and printing) to start a productionControl and adjust machine settings speed, temperatures, pressures)Feed dryblend materials to the extruder machinesOnline inspection on the finished products to ensure compliance to product specifications (OD, thickness, markings, length, colour)Packing finished products (counting, packing)Fix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output and records hourly checklistKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsMaintain safety & housekeeping of production works stationPerform any other tasks that assign by production leaders / technical managerRole Requirement
Experience as a machine operator in extrusion process is an added advantagePreferably with working knowledge in manufacturing environmentCapable to use me...
