Position Summary:
Arising out of growth, our production line department leaders ensure that the production needs of our commercial customers are achieved.

The Department Leader provides vital support for the assembly line, facility and service operations learning all production line operations to facilitate safe, responsible and efficient operations by their assigned production line employees. Aligned with Zone Employees and Zone Leaders the Department Leader will ensure safe and efficient production line operations.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the Department Leader is a key member of the Production Line - Grill Cylinder team.
