Summary

The Production Team Lead will be responsible for the overall manufacturing process in their assigned area as well as monitoring of product quality and output yields for their line. The Lead will assist the Production Supervisor in the ongoing training and development and accountability of all team members. The Lead sets the example for the line employees and supports the Supervisor with cultivating the workforce. Schedule(s): Day Shift & Night Shift openings available.

Responsibilities

Ensuring there is adequate employee coverage and informing the Supervisor of any employee absences during the shift Ensuring that all required paperwork is present during the shift and is being completed and used according to appropriate company standards Complete competence and understanding of product specification sheets and ensures that all products meet product specifications Directs and assigns work to ...
