**Production Lead- 3rd shift (DIRECT HIRE)**
**Location:** New Albany, OH

**Pay:** 70,000-75,000/year
**Hours:** 10:00pm-6:00am (Sunday night - Friday morning)

**Job Summary**
The Production Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing all shift operations to promote a safe work environment, drive personnel engagement, reduce costs, enhance productivity, maintain product quality, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring availability and proper use of PPE by all team members.
+ Ensure all team members are properly trained to perform and achieve production targets.
