Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. This role oversees production teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on optics, electronics assembly, continuous improvement, and customer compliance standards including IPC and/or NASA requirements. You will be reporting to Sr Material Management Manager and you’ll work onsite at Cambridge, ON.
