Job Description
Support Shopfloor Training (SFT) department in maintaining training quality and documentation for operators and line leaders. Ensure competency matrices and on-the-job (OJT) records remain current and audit-ready.
Schedule and track OJT sessions, update competency matrices and training records.Coordinate with supervisors, HR, and EHS for training compliance and audit readiness.Qualifications
Degree student in Engineering (Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical) or HR.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge in Power BI will be an advantage.Comfortable working on shopfloor and communicating in English/BM.Additional Information
