Role Summary

The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensure achievement of production targets, manage shop floor manpower, coordinate quality and maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Ensure smooth workflow from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
  
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
  
• Monitor productivity and minimize downtime.
  
• Manage supervisors, operators, and helpers effectively.
  
• Allocate shifts and maintain shop floor discipline.
  
• Train and develop production team members.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to reduce defects and improve quality.
