Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field
- Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
- Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
- Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
- Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations
