The **Production Helper** supports daily shop operations by assisting skilled trades professionals and ensuring materials, equipment, and workspaces are properly prepared and maintained. This role plays a critical part in preparing assemblies and components for welding, finishing, and shipment.

**Schedule:**

Monday through Saturday - 6:00am to 2:30pm.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Assist welders, fitters, machine operators, painters, sandblasters, and mechanics as directed
2. Handle materials and perform general shop support duties
