Position Overview
OverviewThe role is responsible in leading and supervising production activities in efficient and effective way during day-to-day operation of production and ensure production team delivering consistent and good quality product as per customer requirement.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing production site, safe environment, good 5S environment, labour discipline as per PepsiCo standard.Supervise production teams to carry out production as per process requirement and work instruction, keep track of quality status and production progress, handling unexpected situation, quality and on time delivery.Control/supervise implementation of GMP, SOP and Halal guarantee systemTrack key performance indicators that assigned in the area.Ensure continuous improvement culture is implemented on production floor and delivering continuous improvement idea from production floor to support the key performance indicatorReview and a...
