Production Executive
Job Description:
Lead a team of production supervisors, line leaders and operators to ensure that production lines function smoothly with minimum downtime meet the highest quality standards as per company policies and procedures.
Implement production plans, schedules, budget and to ensure the KPI are met.
Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.
Ensure the dissemination of knowledge, policies, and processes to subordinates.
Interact with maintenance and other supporting function groups to resolve production concerns.
Ensure that production activities comply with the quality standards set by the organization.
Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve and meet targets.
Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity and take action to address any issues.
