Focus: High-value custom residential projects

Employment: Full-time, fully remote (Australian hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate cost plans and detailed estimates for bespoke homes.
• Interpret architectural, structural, civil, and services documentation to identify scope, risks, and cost drivers.
• Conduct trade scoping, take-offs, and subcontractor procurement; manage allowances, contingencies, and margins.
• Manage preconstruction budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analysis; support value engineering.
• Ensure compliance with NCC and QBCC requirements.
• Engage with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior estimators and support continuous improvement of estimating systems.
