The **Dallas Syrup Plant Production Director** leads and manages manufacturing of products that meet quality standards and customer demand in a safe environment. The successful candidate will serve on the Plant's leadership team and is responsible for building and supporting the company's culture of continuous process improvement and efficiency. Additionally, the Production Director will deliver effective leadership and management of team leaders/supervisors, and hourly associates.
