**Job Title: Production Coordinator**
**Job Description**
The Production Coordinator provides bilingual administrative and operational support to the manufacturing and production teams, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you act as a key liaison between production staff, department heads, and support teams such as supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance. You manage timekeeping and employee data in Paylocity, prepare production and KPI reports, and help coordinate schedules, training, and process improvements. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, along with proficiency in Excel and Word, are essential to succeed in this position.
