**Overview**



This is considered a Supervisor in Training position and is intended to be an interim job. Employee will be responsible for supporting production activities across multiple departments (furnace, casting/refining, breaker). Employee will be expected to complete Production Supervisor training (on demand) and classroom (some overnight travel may be required). Employee will assist Area Managers and Supervisors in timekeeping, the disciplinary process, etc. Position will report to the Operations Manager with additional direction and training provided by the Plant Manager and Area Managers.
