The purpose of this position is to develop and manage the systems, processes, and procedures to track and control shipyard performance.The Production Control Lead will interface with all necessary departments to develop accurate reports, metrics and KPIs for use in managing all aspects of the shipyard.

The role is highly data driven, requiring both analytic and presentation skills to ensure that all information is accurate and presented clearly to the end users.
