**Key Responsibilities** Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demand, optimize inventory, and maximize efficiency. Oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and materials planning to align with production targets. Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to resolve bottlenecks, delays, or supply chain issues. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
