Position Overview

Join The Arc Ontario as a Production Controller and play a key role in leading our bottling line operations. In this position, you will guide and support team members while ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role focuses on direct supervision of the bottling line, providing training, direction, and positive leadership to staff so that assigned contracts are completed on time with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. You may also assist in ensuring the safe transportation of assigned staff when needed.
