Position Overview
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in
Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or equivalent
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goods
Support and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processes
Monitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational
processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standards
Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective
and efficient operations
Set schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in
order to achieve volume targets and production plans<...
