About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Chemist to oversee and execute the manufacturing of cosmetic products while ensuring adherence to quality standards, GMP guidelines, and production schedules. Key Responsibilities ● Execute manufacturing of cosmetic products as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR). ● Ensure accurate weighing, dispensing, mixing, emulsification, and filling processes. ● Monitor production parameters and maintain consistency in product quality. ● Maintain BMR, BPR, production logs, and other manufacturing records. ● Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and company SOPs. ● Conduct in-process checks and coordinate with QC for testing and approvals. ● Coordinate with Stores for raw material and packaging material requirements. ● Supervise production operators and helpers. ● Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean manufacturing environment.
