The Production Associate is responsible for managing operations and the people associated with the safe manufacturing of metal componentss. This role requires the use of standard measuring devices and gauges, as well as the ability to safely operate all manufacturing equipment involved in the process.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manufacture metal products according to documentation and procedures.
+ Safely operate Planish Press, Belt Sander, Roll Form Machines, Polish Equipment, and Hydraulic Presses to manufacture completed parts.
+ Read and interpret work instructions.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to use a computer.
