**Job Description**

This role focuses on general production work within the Weeding department, ensuring pressed letters, numbers, and nameplates are cleanly separated from the outer layer of scrap and prepared for use on garments and graphic transfers. You will perform a mix of entry-level production, inspection, and packing tasks while developing core competencies across multiple areas of the production process. As business needs change, you will support different production activities, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality and safety standards on the production floor.
