DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The Production Associate - Level I operates machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. The role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, production, and delivery requirements are met while maintaining compliance with manufacturing processes and business controls. Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard. Comply with all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promote a safety-first culture by looking out for peers and correcting hazards within control. Recognize environmental impacts and work towards minimizing negative effects.
