We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Production Associate to join our retail team! This role combines customer-facing responsibilities, inventory management, food preparation, and educational outreach in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks in the shop. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Product Knowledge:Assist customers with product selection, offer samples, and provide expert knowledge on cheeses, charcuterie, and specialty items.Cut, wrap, weigh, and wrap cheese and meat products to customer specifications.Build relationships with customers, promoting new products and seasonal offerings, and proactively anticipating their needs.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
