2. Controlled and monitored production orders to meet quality and schedule targets.
3. Supervised and optimized workforce deployment for maximum efficiency.
4. Designed and standardized operational documentation (WI, procedures, quality and equipment check sheets).
5. Identified root causes of in-process defects and implemented effective improvements.
6. Supported senior management in decision-making and operational coordination.
7. Drove continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodologies.
