Ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
Ensuring that the health and safety guidelines are being followed.
Working out the human and material resources needed, estimating costs, and setting quality standards, while monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality‑control systems.
Supervising and motivating different teams of workers and reviewing workers’ performance.
Graduate of Engineering or Business Management courses.
With at least 3-5 years of related experience at a Supervisor/Assistant Managerial level in a Manufacturing company.
