Job Summary

 To support daily scheduling for frontline Team Members of Entertainment Department and other general administration tasks. Meanwhile, to examine and maintain the equipment of the department and conduct inventory check.

Major Responsibilities

• To support daily scheduling for ENT Shows and Marquee Events through Kronos and related system.

• To support reporting of different shows according to the Show Data in Kronos.

• To conduct regular inventory check and maintenance of work phones, operation radios, earpiece, and other equipment in rehearsal halls and meeting rooms, etc.

• To answer phone calls/radios from Ent Ops, Ent Costuming and Ent Tech to address their needs in a timely manner by following operational guidelines.

• To maintain the confidentiality of UBR operating information and ensure accurate, timely delivery of the information to appropriate company personnel.
