This role has positions based out of Noida & Mumbai, candidates may be considered for either location based on the interview process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of People Security Management, and Threatcop’s products (TSAT, TLMS, DMARC, and TPIR).
Provide live product demonstrations to clients, showcasing key features, usage benefits, and security functionalities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering quick and effective solutions to product usage questions and technical issues.
Guide clients through product setup, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and effective adoption.
Conduct client onboarding sessions, educating users on leveraging Threatcop’s AI-driven platform for real-world threat simulation, reporting, and incident response.
Collect customer feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to the team to enhance usability and functionality.
