Product Support Specialist
Be the go-to technical expert supporting innovative electro-mechanical products.
This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support distributors and end users while helping drive product success through technical expertise, training, and documentation.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide technical support via phone/email for electro-mechanical products
+ Troubleshoot issues using structured diagnostics and resolve common problems
+ Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation
+ Manage support tickets, RMAs, warranty claims, and returns
+ Coordinate orders, RFQs, and customer inquiries (pricing, lead times, availability)
+ Assist customers with product selection and application guidance
+ Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues
