You will work closely with operations and engineering squads to solve problems effectively and provide top-notch service via chat, call, and email.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service background and knowledge of telephony protocols like SIP, RTP, and T.38, combined with skills in Wireshark and Postman for troubleshooting.
