Position Overview
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering/technical support and expertise to airlines and MROs for the Liebherr products in service or preparing for entry into service.
What You Can Expect of the Role
You’ll act as the focal point for reporting, monitoring, and following up of technical issues related to product reliability and performance with OEMs, operators, and customers.You’ll assist with warranty investigation, elaborate technical conclusions, and make recommendations for warranty decisions.You’ll liaise with the Liebherr Group’s AER network (OEMs & MRO sites, as required) to establish responses to technical queries and support Field Service Representatives (FSR).You’ll support the review of removal data and analysis of operational data for technical review, reliability analysis, and monitoring (e.g. fleet, system, component MTBUR).You’ll review changes and update...
