Position Overview
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing engineering/technical support and expertise to airlines and MROs for the Liebherr products in service or preparing for entry into service.
What You Can Expect Of The Role - You’ll act as the focal point for reporting, monitoring, and following up of technical issues related to product reliability and performance with OEMs, operators, and customers.
- You’ll assist with warranty investigation, elaborate technical conclusions, and make recommendations for warranty decisions.
- You’ll liaise with the Liebherr Group’s AER network (OEMs & MRO sites, as required) to establish responses to technical queries and support Field Service Representatives (FSR).
- You’ll support the review of removal data and analysis of operational data for technical review, reliability analysis, and monitoring (e.g. fleet, system, component MTBUR).
